IMT Nord Europe has entered the Top 1,000 of the world’s best universities in the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Ranking. This year, 2,191 institutions were evaluated in this leading international ranking. IMT Nord Europe continues its upward trajectory, placing between 801st and 1,000th globally for the 2026 edition, and 22nd among the 48 French institutions featured in the ranking.
In 2025, IMT Nord Europe entered the Top 1,000 worldwide in the Times Higher Education rankings. In the Engineering category, the school reached the Top 600 globally, out of 1,488 institutions from 97 countries.
The Times Higher Education (THE) Impact ranking evaluates higher education institutions worldwide based on their tangible contributions to the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It measures their commitment in terms of research, governance, teaching, and societal impact.
IMT Nord Europe strengthens its remarkable position in the Top 300 worldwide (Top 10 in France) among institutions making the greatest impact on sustainable development.
In 2025, IMT Nord Europe is also ranked in the Top 100 worldwide for three SDGs:

A leading reference in higher education in France, L’Étudiant publishes each year its ranking of the best engineering schools in the country.
With an overall score of 82 out of 119 points, IMT Nord Europe ranks 15th among the top engineering schools in France and 1st among the 16 engineering schools in the Hauts-de-France region.
