As a cornerstone of student life in Douai, the arts office promises you a unique and enriching experience with a year-long program full of fun.
Spend 5 days discovering Berlin during the All Saints’ break, and enjoy an unforgettable weekend in Amsterdam before the holidays. We also organize outings to explore the region and offer plenty of committees where you can express your creativity—photography, cooking, theater, and much more!
The Arts Week, with its cabaret, is one of our flagship events of the year, and many more projects are planned to make sure no one ever gets bored!
By paying a €65 membership fee for 3 years, you’ll get discounted rates for all our activities, trips, and events. You’ll also have the chance to actively take part in the arts office campaigns—the highlight of student life at IMT Nord Europe!

Hi and welcome to Douai!
We, the Arcad’As, are your sports office (BDS) for this first year.
Whether you’re a sports enthusiast, a casual player, someone who set aside physical activity during prep school, or someone who’s always used it as a way to let off steam, this is the perfect time to (re)discover sports through student life.
The BDS organizes a wide range of activities and projects for you to enjoy. By becoming a member, you’ll benefit from discounts on these activities. If you’re interested in competition, this is the place to be with the Fédération Française du Sport Universitaire (FFSU) of Hauts-de-France! You’ll get the chance to play mainly against teams from the North and take part in tournaments such as the Saint-Gobain football tournament.
To enjoy all these services, a membership fee is required. This fee is valid for your three years in Douai and helps support our student activities.
So don’t hesitate to come see us at the BDS booth during integration to ask your questions—and try our escape game!

Arcad’As Kiss
The humanitarian office is an association of dynamic and committed students, determined to carry out humanitarian and social initiatives within the school throughout the year.
Our goal is to organize a variety of events (parties, afternoons, and much more) for all students, while also contributing, in our own way, to causes we believe in. These events may be used to raise funds for charities, raise awareness among students about important issues, or provide support to existing associations.
The humanitarian office also includes four fantastic committees and clubs: Only Human, which organizes humanitarian trips; Eurotandem, which promotes blood donation through a tandem bike tour of France; the Téléthon Committee, which raises funds during a dedicated week; and finally, the Douai Moustache Club, which organizes events as part of Movember.

Junior Enterprises
Budding entrepreneurs have the opportunity to get involved in IMT Nord Europe’s junior enterprise. It is in contact with a number of French and foreign companies to enable student engineers to carry out paid projects. The structure is also accredited by the National Confederation of Junior Enterprises.
Creation of Internet/Intranet sites, software development, deployment of computer fleets, design and maintenance of networks, completion of technical and marketing studies… there is no shortage of projects enabling you to take a first step in the professional world.
IMT Nord Europe Alumni
IMT Nord Europe has more than 14,000 graduates all over the world and an active network of 6,000 members.
IMT Nord Europe Alumni, the alumni association, plays an essential role to:
- Boost the links between students and former students
- Help with the placement, development or career change of its members
- Promote scientific and technical exchanges
- Supporting students during their schooling (professional days, thematic conferences, employment seminar, etc.)
