As part of the renewal of the agreement between the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT) and Institut Mines-Télécom (IMT), IMT Nord Europe has signed a new academic partnership with IIT Bhilai.
This collaboration marks a new step in the international development strategy of the school and paves the way for the creation of a strategic dual degree program between the two institutions.
The partnership aims to strengthen Indo-French cooperation in engineering education, research, and innovation while encouraging academic and scientific exchanges between France and India.
An international dual degree program
This partnership is built around several shared objectives:
- deliver internationally recognized joint engineering degrees (Master of Science);
- foster student mobility between Europe and India;
- enhance employability through multicultural and interdisciplinary training;
- create pathways toward doctoral studies and international research careers.
By combining the complementary expertise of IMT Nord Europe and IIT Bhilai, this program seeks to educate engineers and researchers capable of addressing major technological, industrial, and societal challenges on a global scale.
